It was in all in the content. It was a really unique twist on User-Generated Content (UGC)
They would have one random customer come into the boutique to be the model of that week’s launch. This would essentially build trust by showing other customers someone who resembled them instead of a picture perfect model.
On top of this, they had very time-specific offers. Some offers were only available for 24 hours. Some were once a month.
With the right testing a few months prior and the right retargeting in place, we smashed it out the park and continue to generate purchases!
Prior to us jumping on, Anna and her skincare company were running ads across Facebook and Instagram and running a loss on ad spend consistently between July and September.
We joined end of September and looked at TWO things:

• Audiences
…then went quickly to work.
Fast wins came in the form of exclusions and potential audiences missed in the beauty industry. After two weeks we turned it around so that her ads were serving her rather than against her.
